To celebrate the love between my partner and myself. To be immortal. To have an adventure. To grow a family. To be creative. To prove that I am healthy. To carry on the family traditions. To journey back in time to the world of my childhood. To laugh out loud. To give my children a sister or a brother. To enlarge my capacity to bond and love. To learn the art of surrender. To open my heart. Clan Mother Wisdom In the tradition of my two Kiowa’s Grandmother Teachers, each moon has a Clan Mother who is the Keeper of the rites of Passage that mark human growth cycles. These clan Mothers off wisdom and Practical daily rituals that allow us to remain in blance during the best and worst of times. These are the thirteen daily guidelines that I would like to share: Be kind and merciful with yourself and all living things. Be good to your body. Follow your heart and honor your inner knowing. Quiet your mind. Cherish every act in life as an expression of your creativity. Let go of stress and tension. Drop all judgements. Be grateful. Breathe deeply. Connect with the earth.
